Soldier of Fortune Special Edition. Soldier of fortune is based on a true life vietnam veteran. You are John Mullins who has been awarded three purple hearts for his actions in vietnam, also army special forces trained you to taking out high ranking vietcong officers. There seems to be trouble brewing beneath the streets of new york and your mission is to take out enemies and save hostages. Despite the graphics being a little on the boxey side they are still good and quite realistic, the gameplay offers alot of action so you will never get bored. The violence in this game is quite high hence it is mainly just for adult audiences/players only. However it does have a violence lock with settings where you can adjust the violence and offensive material in the game to make it more suitable for younger players if they want to play. To keep the settings as they are and stop younger players from playing it in full violence you must put in a password write it down and keep it out of reach of children. For gameplay I will give this 8/10 well worth playing.
